We have developed and commercialized an original bonding device that can continuously and automatically bond different materials in conjunction with the production line. It has the capability to bond at a maximum speed of 1 shot per second (fastest) with an accuracy of ±0.1 mm (MIN). We are expanding into various fields, starting with pouch processing and over-lamination of hard and brittle materials, which are difficult to bond manually. Additionally, we can offer contract processing services where we take in your products, apply the desired materials, and return them to you. Furthermore, we can perform multilayer processing considering the next steps, as well as bonding between different shapes.
